HOLIDAY GRATITUDE BASH
Thanksgiving is over but giving is season-less. Over the past few months, we've been on quite a journey building our community of fellow mindful humans and it has not been without it's ups and downs. To celebrate and thank everyone, join us for a special 45 minute gratitude meditation at The Assembly. Our teacher Nkechi Njaka will be giving a brief talk on the power of gratitude and facilitating a discussion as part of this class.
Everyone will receive a gift of thanks from us that includes a Canvas clutch filled with self-care goodies from LUSH. You'll also have the chance to try out the Sitting Matters seat. Not only are they beautiful, but they are designed to be uber comfortable and made locally.

MINDFUL EATING DINNER EXPERIENCE
We are partnering with Supergirls SF to bring you a mindful eating dinner experience. Join us as we explore what it means to eat more mindfully. Using the tools of mindfulness. we will build a healthier and more fulfilling relationship with food and enjoy a lovely meal prepared by Tatiana Grebennik - a chef and the founder of Cookalong blog.

POP-In Gratitude Meditation @ Modern Citizen
Join us and Numi Tea for a special holiday gratitude meditation at Modern Citizen. There's no better time to slow down, unplug and recharge than during the stressful holidays. We'll start with a 30 minute guided meditation designed to help you cultivate gratitude and kindness during the holiday season, and we will end with a period of reflection and discussion over hot tea.
