SHIPPING

Our meditations are very heavy at 9 pounds. In fact they’re the heaviest cushions on the market and shipping can cost an arm and leg. We strive to provide the most cost effective and fair shipping options to you. Orders are processed within 24 hours and we ship most of our orders through USPS. 

All orders over $150 will include free standard shipping (3 - 8 days). 

All orders under $150 will include standard and expedited shipping option available from USPS and UPS. For a quick estimate of shipping costs, just add your items to the cart and enter your shipping address. 

We are unfortunately not accepting international orders at the moment.  We are working on it but please drop us a note and tell us where you’d like to order from! 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We love all our products and want you to love them too!  If for any reason you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at hello@pacificpause.com and let us know your reason for a return and we send you a pre-paid return label to print. If a return item is returned without our pre-paid label and is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund. Once we receive your return, within 2 business days we will process your refund less the cost of shipping and a $5 processing charge. All returned items must still be in it’s unused and unwashed original condition.  

GIFT CARDS

we offer gift cards for $25, $50, $100 and $200. you can find them here. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
